Water and wellness are so intertwined that they should be described with just a single word that defines both. After all, water is life. There is no life without water. And the more water we have in our lives, the healthier we are whether we are consuming it, immersing in it, or simply looking at it.
“I wish you water” is a phrase I often use, borrowed from my friend, Dr. Wallace J. Nichols. Prior to his unique creativity, that phrase was “I wish you well” and could have easily been “I wish you wellness”.
For Watershape Consulting Inc., water and wellness is at the core of our business. What we do makes people happier, healthier and live longer lives. Pools, spas, and cold plunges are only the beginning of water and wellness. There are several variants of these – lap pools, social pools, wading pools, lazy rivers, natural swimming ponds (NSPs), soaking tubs, cryogenics, and others. We also design saunas, steam rooms, hydrotherapy, aroma therapy (water vapor), fountains, waterfeatures, reflecting ponds, waterwalls and cultural/religious watershapes such as baptismal fonts, Hammams, Mikvehs, etc.
